We say a big thank you to all members of the German School Community for your donations towards the Christmas Hampers for the Staff.
This year we received the highest amount of donations ever, a fantastic total of 162,511 KES. We are extremely grateful and proud to see that the work of all the helpers who work in the background and enable the school to function efficiently is truly appreciated.
A total of 52 Christmas Hampers each filled with goods in the value of 1,700 KES were packed and handed over to the Busdrivers, Gardners, Cleaning Staff, Kitchen Staff, Security Personal and others.
The balance of the donations received will be held securely and next year we will discuss with the Parents, through the SER, whether these funds should be used towards Easter or the end of the School Year, to organize another surprise thank you for those same Staff members.
