Fancy Waldorf Salad

1/2 small red cabbage (400 g)
1/2 lemon
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 apples (200 g)
1-2 Sticks Celery (100g)
1/2 small red onion (35 g)
2 tablespoons natural yogurt
5 grams parsley

Chop and toss the apples in the lemon juice, then in a large-sized bowl mix together the cabbage, apples, onion, celery and parsley.
After the mixing, add the mayonnaise, yogurt and then season with pepper.
Bring it to your friend’s barbecue and watch them turn green (or red) with envy.
