Due to increased demand, we have decided to continue our “Nanny Cooking Course” format. In a 2-day cooking course, our two newly trained chefs Felix and Francis will show you the variety of different salads and dressings. In the course, our chefs show how to make pasta dough and pizza dough themselves and how to process it. Different pasta shapes such as tortellini, ravioli, and lasagne pasta as well as sauces and fillings as well as our popular pizza sauce plus various pizza variations. For the sweet end, we show simple desserts such as panna cotta, chocolate mousse and real vanilla and chocolate pudding.
