School Bus Service
The German School Nairobi offers a safe and reliable school bus service for kindergarten and school children across Nairobi.
Our buses cover all major residential areas and ensure that students arrive comfortably and on time every day. The bus network is divided into three zones, which you can view here ansehen können.
Children are picked up and dropped off directly at their homes, with safety and punctuality as top priorities. For our youngest learners under the age of three, an accompanying adult is required.
All routes are supervised by our transport team and reviewed regularly to ensure smooth operations.

School Bus Service 2026/2027
We are pleased to introduce our revised bus fee structure for the 2026/2027 school year. As part of our commitment to making school transport more accessible, bus fees have been reduced across all zones.
Students may continue to use the bus for the morning journey, the afternoon journey, or both. Please note, however, that the reduced one way fee is no longer available. The standard fare for the respective bus zone applies in all cases. Sibling discounts for the second, third, and additional children remain unchanged.
For occasional travel, daily bus tickets are available. Please ensure payment is made before your child's journey.
