Carolina John

Hello, my name is Carolina John.

In 2014, straight after completing my teacher training in Bavaria, I joined the German School Nairobi as a primary school teacher. In the early years, I happily took on a class teacher role each year and over time I have taught across all year groups in the Primary School. At the start of the 2020/21 school year, I took on the role of Head of Primary. Since then, I teach as a subject teacher and greatly enjoy the leadership responsibilities. The school is my second home, and working as both a teacher and a leader is my true passion. It is very important to me to continuously develop and strengthen our Primary School.
