In order to learn more about coffee, the diverse ways of preparing it and the small details that make a difference, the entire team spent several hours on a barista training course over the last few weeks.
From visiting a plantation including a roastery to working on the machine in the cafeteria, we learned a lot about the long and very complex journey from the simple bean to hot coffee in the cup.
