The Regis Runda Academy Youth Chess Championship took place on June 15, 2024, at Regis Runda Academy and attracted a total of 624 students from different schools. The players competed in 6 rounds of Swiss format, with a time control of 25 minutes per player.
The German School was represented by 6 Chess players, Noah Ah Poe (garnered 5 points), Jonas Ah Poe, Amiri Rutenberg, Ameen Amin, Dante Milando, and Eyk von Gawinski in various categories. The team showcased exceptional skills, sportsmanship, and dedication throughout the tournament. There was a notable improvement in how to manage the games.
Special congratulations to Noah, who managed to win 5 / 6 games, in the U-14 open category and was awarded a trophy.
