Electrical Waste is now collectedat the DSN

Dear School Community,

Batteries, cables and energy-saving light bulbs often end up in household waste. On the one hand, electrical waste contains valuable materials that can be reused. On the other hand, electrical waste that ends up in household waste has an enormous impact on the environment. This is why, as part of their sustainability project, Year 8 has ensured electrical waste is now collected at our school. The collection container is located opposite the reception. The electrical waste will then be picked up by the “Weee-Center” and recycled or properly disposed of. Anyone wishing to drop off larger items of electrical waste can do so during the summer festival. The Weee-Center will then come with a pick-up truck to collect larger items.
