| In Year 7 our English lessons are currently focusing on British history. This includes not only the VIPs of British History but also important institutions. For example, the Globe Theatre. After a short introduction to the history of the theater by a local tour guide, the following lessons focused on media competence and presentation skills. Each student was able to choose what they would like to learn about the Globe Theatre and how this topic could be presented. This resulted in great posters, videos, PowerPoint, and even a newspaper that reported on the architecture, history, actors, and their costumes. Here is a selection: |
