Employee Training
Dear school community,
In our administration, we attach great importance to the continuous training and development of our employees. Our aim is not only to strengthen professional skills, but also to promote personal and social skills, which are essential in our daily work. Here is a brief overview of recent and upcoming training measures:
- Fire safety training for the cafeteria team: to ensure safety in the workplace, our cafeteria team recently took part in comprehensive fire safety training. This training prepares our employees to act quickly and efficiently in the event of a fire.
- Leadership training: As Head of AGs, Francis Ng’ang’a has completed a special leadership training course to further develop his leadership skills. This training is part of our initiative to promote and develop leaders internally.
- Fleet Management Programs: Elkana Njuguna, responsible for our fleet management, is currently taking part in a specialized program at Strathmore University. This program aims to increase the efficiency and safety of our fleet.
- Child protection training for our bus drivers: In collaboration with Ms. Krohmer, we conduct child protection training for all our bus drivers. This important training ensures that our employees are well prepared to guarantee the safety of the children entrusted to us.
- Women in Leadership at Strathmore University: Our HR manager actively participates in the “Women in Leadership” program to strengthen and promote the role of women in management positions. This initiative is an important step toward promoting diversity and equality in our administration.
- Barista course for the cafeteria team: To improve our cafeteria offering, our employees take part in a professional barista course. This course not only helps to improve the quality of our coffee offering, but also customer satisfaction.
